SIRP&DC hosted its Annual Meeting on March 18th at the Clearwave Building in Harrisburg, Illinois. All board members and their guests were treated to a nice meal and guest speaker. Mr. Rodney Davis from Rep. John Shimkus' office spoke to the group about the upcoming stimulus package. Mr. Davis addressed the commission about its vital role in the state and community. Board members received certificates for years of service and new board officers were installed at the meeting.
